Portfolio Framework

The basis of a customer-driven product portfolio is a Portfolio Framework. The team will design a Framework, often a matrix with two customer-oriented dimensions.
These dimensions will be the core pillars in your positioning and provide an answer to the questions:

  1. WHAT does the customer want to achieve? (Objective of using the product)
  2. HOW does the customer want to achieve it? (Use of and interaction with the product)

In a presentation you will be introduced to the guidelines of making a customer-driven product portfolio. Also case studies and best practise examples will be presented.
