This roadmap is based on current trends in your industry and your vision. We assist the team members to think out-of-the-box, in a practical and inspiring way, with a clear goal ahead.

The way we work - preparation
The success of a good brainstorm session lies in a good preparation. Based on intake meetings with the client's project owner and with some of the team members we clearly define the objectives and the desired results of the workshop.

These intake meetings also allow us to collect relevant information for the team to build on during the session. Think of an overview of current projects and planned projects, available resources, market research, trends and customer data. If we think there is a need for additional information we ask the team members to do some homework to prepare for the workshop.

In the Roadmap workshop we use tangible innovation tools. Our tools enable dynamic interaction between the participants and help them to overcome cultural differences and language barriers. Action plan

Using SunIdee's action planning tool, the team agrees on actions, deliverables and responsibilities for every workstream, while clearly linking these to clear business objectives. The dependencies between actions and the critical path are identified and milestones, risks and decisions are set.
