Partnership Training

This short training is an introduction to starting up and managing partnerships and determining their respective critical success factors. The theory is complemented with inspiring and relevant examples.
Skills that are essential for starting successful strategic cooperation will be taught in an interactive and playful way. Several models and innovation tools will be introduced that will be used in depth in later stages of the Partnership Innovation Programme.
