The Partnership Innovation Programme in 5 steps:
During the first meeting the programme will be explained and key players within your organisation are identified. In an interactive session with your team we map expectations, requirements and prerequisites for a potential partnership, using the Partnership Scan.

On day one of the two-day workshop all companies will be introduced and you will get a training on partnerships. Each company will present a case study of a successful innovation project from their organisation. Included in the workshop is an evening programme and dinner. You will stay in a hotel in Amsterdam.
On day two the TrendUniverse is used to map relevant trends to determine the joint direction and project theme.

In the second workshop we will create Future Scenarios, building on the results of the first workshop. The scenarios describe possible market developments and the impact of these developments on different stakeholders in the value chain. For each scenario we will identify the areas with partnership opportunities and generate ideas for new products and services.
The different scenarios are used to formulate a central future vision, describing the impact and chances for all participating companies.
Depending on the theme of the Partnership Innovation Programme, SunIdee will arrange excursions, guest speakers or an inspiration tour to complement the two-day programme.

The Partnership Match is used to map interesting combinations of companies, market opportunities, and ideas for products and services.

This workshop starts with a presentation of the results to key players within your organisation. Then we will discuss the specific partnership opportunities for your company into detail. The Partnership Opportunity Ranking tool is used to rate each opportunity on several criteria, for example strategic fit, organisational fit, and new business potential.
This will provide all information necessary to decide on the right strategy to follow up on the partnership project.
