To formulate an overall business strategy that provides direction and guidance to deliver on the growth ambitions of two Business Units.

Trend pyramids were used to determine the most relevant trends for both Business Units. These trends provided input for the new direction of the Business Units by formulating a new vision and mission. 
Innovation themes, ambitions and targets were defined and several workshops were held to introduce and implement the strategy throughout the organisation
