Every SunIdee project can be characterised by a structural, step-by-step approach.

Set goals
The first step to innovation is to visualise the end results and to set the goals accordingly.
At the start of the project we will speak with the client and all of the team members to gain insights into the situation and take into account the different perspectives within the business.
On the basis of this information and together with the client we will define the exact objectives and goals.

Be inspired
Inspiration is the source of creativity. Inspiration can come from many sources: insights from customers and end-users, successful innovations by other industries or competitors, new technologies, trends in society etc.
By incorporating a lot of inspirational activities into the programme, we can help to open your eyes to new possibilities for the future.

Be creative
Creativity is essential to innovation.
In order to be creative you must have the right mindset. The creative tools used by Sunidee will stimulate your team to generate an abundance of ideas and become effective in determining those with the potential to have the most impact.

Get it right
A concept is an idea put into practice. 
By using the structured SunIdee approach, good ideas are transformed into strong concepts. In order to form a powerful concept, the idea must be challenged and the core elements must be defined.
A thorough approach with a focus on all relevant aspects brings the concept to a higher level; which is essential for success in later stages of the development process.

Take action
Decision-making is the start of the implementation phase.
The innovation team presents the results of the project to management and creates an action plan to support decision-making and speed up the implementation process.

Report
Each step in the process results in clear deliverables. Depending on the client’s requirements these deliverables are presented in a report or PowerPoint presentation. This client can use this document to share the main findings within the organisation.
On request SunIdee can provide a visual presentation, in the form of large posters, to communicate the process and results in an original and open way.
